Here’s how it works:
Step 1 Your New Wave account manager holds detailed conversations with the hiring manager to qualify the job and person specifications.
Step 2 We work closely with you to compile marketing information on your organisation, highlighting the benefits of working for you.
Step 3 Advertising begins. This has two elements:
- Job Board Advertising. Your vacancy will be posted on the top 6 UK recruitment sites for IT professionals: The IT Job Board, CWJobs, Jobserve, Totaljobs, Monster and Gojobsite.
- Database Marketing. Using sophisticated datamining technology we search our database (c.550,000 UK IT professionals) for all relevant candidates in your area.
Step 4 Benchmarking. Your Account Manager will send you a sample of the CV’s to ensure we are selecting the correct calibre of candidate. We will base all further CV vetting on your feedback at this stage.
Step 5 All relevant candidates receive full job and company details. Applicants are directed to your account manager for CV vetting. This process continues until day 10.
Step 6 Your final shortlist of qualified candidates, with full contact details, is delivered after 10 days.
Once your shortlist has been delivered you can hire as many people from it as you need, without paying any more. We charge our clients per assignment, not per placement.
The New Wave Assignment allows you to:
- Bring together three traditional recruitment methods (search, advertising and database recruitment) into one cost-effective product.
- Cover the IT candidate market as extensively as is currently possible. Your advert will be seen on the 6 most visited IT recruitment websites in the UK, and marketed to a database of over 550,000 IT professionals.
- Have access to the above resources without incurring agency fees.
- See as many or as few candidates from the advertising campaign as you require. We can provide you with a full list of appilcants or a shortlist of the top 5 CVs, or anything in between.
- Keep the details of all shortlisted candidates, to be used at a later stage if required.
